How to Get Your Parent Profile Posted

Joining our Waiting Parents Registry couldn’t be easier. As long as you have an approved home study, all you have to do is follow these three simple steps.

	Register online. Click on the "Go" button below and then choose the package that best suits your needs. After you’ve signed up, you’ll automatically receive an e-mail confirming your registration and your Personal Profile questionnaire.
	Send us your material. For your convenience, you can send everything to us electronically or by snail mail. Here’s a summary of what we’ll need: Your Parent Profile. A self-portrait of about 1,000-1,500 words. 2, 6 or 10 Photos. Digital format or originals are fine. Your E-mail Address and Phone Number. Contact information where prospective birth parents can reach you and/or your adoption specialist. Short autobiographical description. 25-40 words about you and/or your reasons for adopting.
	Enjoy your profile. Your profile will be up and ready within 2-5 business days of your sending us all of your material. See, we told you it was easy!

Please note: You might have noticed that our Registry features parent profiles from some provinces and not others. That’s because in some jurisdictions, advertising by prospective adoptive parents is prohibited. The following provinces permit advertising: Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Manitoba (subject to certain conditions). If your province isn’t listed here and you’re interested in joining our Registry, please consult your adoption specialist.
